FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS [FAQs]
1. What happens if the product I ordered is not in good state?
Answer: If you will agree, our Company will offer you a discount, the amount of which will depends on the degree the said product is damaged. If you will not agree, we will provide you with another similar product if available. If not available, we will bring another same product from China. If you will not agree with all these options, we will then refund you the total amount you paid.
2. What happens if after my order I decide to cancel it?
Answer: The answer is given in our page 'ORDER CONTRACT', in point No.8 of 'OUR POLICY'.
3. How much time after my order I will obtain the products?
Answer: We deliver the products in a maximum time of 3 months, usually within 2 months; the quickest is around 30 days.
4. What happens if it takes more than 3 months for the product I ordered to come?
Answer: If this is the case, we will provide a discount of 8% of the total cost.
5. What happens if I want to change the product I ordered for another product?
Answer: This is possible, but there is a penalty of 10% of the Total Cost of the product whose order has been cancelled.
6. What happens if I order a big quantity, would I get a discount?
Answer: The answer is given in our page 'ORDER CONTRACT', in point No.5 of 'OUR POLICY'.
7. What happens if I am not able to pay the 20% remaining payment due, which is to be settled before collecting the products?
Answer: In such cases, we would wait till one month maximum. If after that delay, you still cannot pay the 20 remaining percent of the Total Cost, then your order will be cancelled with a penalty of 20% of the Total Cost + 200 rupees/day for the number of days the products have remained in our custody.
8. What happens if the product I already ordered is out of stock or is no longer being made?
Answer: If this is the case, we will either propose you another similar product or we will refund you the total amount you paid.
