OUR ORDER CONTRACT
OUR POLICY:
1 – Credit is not our policy.
2 – We do not take orders of a Total Cost of less than 50,000 rupees.
3 – 80% of the Total Cost is to be paid at the time of the order.
4 – The 20% Total Cost remaining is paid at the time of delivery.
5 – Price are negotiable only for orders over 20 to 1000 pieces of one same item.
6 – Articles are delivered at the cost of the customer.
7 – Once goods are delivered, they will not be taken back.
8 – In case of cancellation of an order, a penalty of 20% of the Total Cost will be encountered by the customer.
9 – Goods are delivered within reasonable time limit; delay occurring due to ‘Force Majeure’ situations, are not under our responsibility.
10 – Wherever it applies, dismantled goods are delivered dismantled; it’s the sole responsibility of the customer to assemble the pieces.
11 – Goods may be similar to those seen on catalogs, without being identical.
12 - Goods under guarantee are not under our responsibility.
NB: We can order ANY PRODUCT for you from China,
but products that do not yet appear in this present website may take longer to be delivered.
